Kakaako street art — Attraction in Honolulu

I wish I could upload the videos I took of this area. AMAZING STREET ART AND A MUST SEE IF YOU'RE IN THE AREA. These were just a few pictures I took along a bike ride. Sorry it isn't the best quality. Some very serious and impressive talent shown in the area. Streets are full of different murals and art styles. There is literally a bit of everything from graffiti, abstract, animation to realistic. There is also tons of food and bars in the area to choose from. Lots of metered parking on the street or you can rent a bike like I did and ride though. You'll see locals playing pickle ball, basketball and the local ufc mma gym in the area. Parking: Lots of metered street parking spots around but it's not convenient since the art is spread out. Better to pick a central spot and walk around if you want to take lots of photos, or what we did which is drive around until we saw what we liked and hop out quickly...

There is some beautiful graffiti art here! If you can spare 20 or 30 minutes, definitely take some time to walk around these few blocks.

I saw some reviewers noting that the area didn't seem safe. I went in daylight and was alone, and I never felt unsafe. However, that might have changed had I visited after dark. That said, go in the daytime so you can get the full effect...
