This review has nothing to do with the employees, but the service is not great. I am paying for unlimited internet, that I can't even use at times that's a bit unfair.. kinda a waste of money you know? And what I mean by that is just simply using locally here in the gorge. I can call people with no issues.
Awhile back I was having the same issue, was going to switch providers once my phone was paid off. The internet started working again for awhile. But I am having the same issue again. All I was told the first time, was to reach technical support, which I did and that didn't help. Talked to someone else again, and I was told nothing could be really done unless there was enough complaints. So I guess here I am complaining 😆
I guess there isn't a way to fix the issue, other than leave at this point. My co worker has At&t and she said she has never had issues, so I may be switching to them once I get my phone paid off.. My worker also said her friend just got a phone from US cellular and is having the same issue. A couple other people i know had the same issue in the past. I hate to leave US cellular because I would rather not switch providers, but I can't be paying for internet that doesn't work at the same time...

Came in to return the expensive screen protector I was assured was totally necessary for my new Samsung. I found the protector more annoying than helpful, completely took away the screens sensitivity and was constantly popping off. Instead of hearing me out and offering suggestions I was told there was nothing they could do about it because I had gone 4 days over the 15 day return policy. Seriously? I've worked in customer service for over a decade and have learned that the industry is built on positive relationships. Especially when it's commissioned based. It was busy when I got there but Marco made sure he greeted every customer that walked in and let them know where they stood in line.
