I am writing this complaint to inform you that Finishline employees are stealing from customer without informing or asking if they want to contribute towards FLYF Round Up Donations, and when I caught it because my total was even and $.65 cent more than what I calculated, I was told that the system automatically round the amount up. I told the worker (Cashier# 0352073) that the information he’s providing is incorrect, I shop at Finish Line very frequently and I will be contacting corporate and doing a survey on this issue because it’s mortally wrong and against the law to overcharge someone without getting consent to add a donation to their transaction. And if they did me like that, than who else are they stealing from without the customers unknowingly being charged. It was the Finish Line in the Galleria Mall 2000 Riverchase Galleria Hoover, Alabama 35244 Store# 1014. So always check your screen before swiping your card… Also look at your receipt to make sure you wasn’t charged anything additional…...

They looked like someone wore them out that night and returned them when they got to work next day. I should have known something when he rushed to put them in the box. I was just to glad I found them. I called and asked for a manager to let them about the issue. I can tell whomever answered the phone was not a manager, and said I can just return. There was a small crease but other than that, they should’ve returned it but instead became upset and asked me to leave the store bc they new that I was wrong and they were wrong.
