I dropped off my 12-13 yr old brown Frye harness boots last week. They were well worn and looked the part. They looked over 13 yr old! They didn't need repair, just cleaning, polishing, and conditioning. I was hesitant to drop them off. The person I spoke to on the phone sounded unenthusiastic and unsure of their capabilities. I went in yesterday to have velcro sewn on to my belt to keep it secure. It was ready when i picked it up but i didnt try it on. Once i got home i noticed that the velcro was on wrong, i had marked it incorrectly. I called this morning and left a message about the problem. Man, are we lucky to have this place in the heart of the tri-cities! Recently had two pairs of Bass Weejuns repaired. They replaced the sole and the front half of the heel, the work was incredible. The fit didn't change at all and I can comfortably dance for hours in these shoes. For one of the pairs, this was a second go round.
