If you abstain from alcohol, this place is a great alternative to a bar. It has underground speakeasy vibes. Cool music. Pick out a vinyl record or request a song on Spotify. They’ll play it for you! The owner, West, is a friendly guy with positive energy. I’m planning to check out trivia night on Wednesday at 7:00!

Such a great atmosphere! The perfect place to hangout if you don’t want to drink alcohol but still feel like being social and having a good time! There’s trivia on Wednesdays, multiple board games to play, and great music! So much fun!! Speakeasy vibes and a great place to celebrate my boyfriends birthday đŸ„ł

Great atmosphere and real community feel. It was super cozy and everyone was welcome. It really feels like a place that folks could be welcome to sit and read quietly, play games or catch-up with friends. A hidden gem close to Minneapolis - well worth a visit!

To start off with I wish I could leave less than 1 star for a rivew for this place.

To get started, this is not a 1 off experience. I went here twice with my girlfriend, and bolth times we went, the owner/bartender there was super rude!

My girlfriend and I gave bolth been in the kava kratom bar seen for a long time and have even been managers at a kava bar for over 8 months in sedona az. I have never in my customer service working experience dealt with such a rude bartender. We went in on our first time, and of corse had questions about the kratom (if they make mocktails or if they add juice, also how they brew their kratom). The bartender said that they only have lemon juice and honey, which was OK even though many people like to have a nicer tasting drink and some verity, the owner then begins to talk about how bad sugar is and that he thinks that it's not good to make drinks with is and that he also wants to be diffrent than other kratom bars. That's all cool he even did talk about the method of brewing their kratom that they use, which can be different everywhere you go. We left with our drinks and felt verry off beacuse of the general passive-aggressive energy that he was giving off from the start.

Our seccond time was much more short lived we entered the bar and went downstairs to order our drinks, we bolth get a green and red kratom mix which he put in a "for here" cup and I realized we needed to go. I asked for togo and His response was, "Did you even see me poring the drink you should have told me you want togo". I toltaly let go of that rude comment but then when he was making our seccond drink I asked for honey, and that must have triggered him beacuse his response was "you should know what you want before ordering" he also said "last time you guys came in you were being super nosey and and annoying asking to many questions", also saying "you know everyone that knows about kratom is like their in a cult or somthing." he had no reson to react like that especially as the owner. If you don't want to deal with people that have questions then don't be in the costomer servise industry. Especially if you dont like kratom users, then dont open a kratom bar that's a no-brainer. I would highly suggest that nobody goes in to get a drink I went in twice beacuse the kratom was nice but I would never support this man again.

Went in for a nice drink to relax and left feeling like I was a burden and feeling super anxious. Just save yourself the time GO TO THE SMOKE SHOP BEHOND THE BAR AND GET THEIR MITRA 9 SODAS 5...

Okay so, the first time I came in here I felt like the bartender was a little rude because I was asking questions about his kratom. Ive had it other places so I was curious if it was similar to other experiences Ive had and he was very passive aggressive to me for asking questions. Fast forward, I decided to come in again to give it another shot because I did like the way he brewed his tea and we are going to a haunted house so I thought itd be a fun pit stop. Well, I wish I wouldn’t have wasted the time and gas money to come here. I was called “annoying” for not asking for a to go cup because last time I didn’t ask either and he just gave it to me like that so I just assumed all he had was to go cups. I also tasted it and realized it was sweeter last time and remembered he put honey in it so when I asked for honey he got aggressive and told me “you should probably know how to order a drink.” He then proceeded to tell me that last time I came in I was annoying, nosy, and rude for asking so many questions (didn’t know it was rude to want to know what your putting in your body) anyway, he then said to me “everyone who already knows about kratom treats it like a cult, its so weird.” Um hello, you run a kratom bar? Anyway, to him, you should only come here if you dont know what your putting in your body and no nothing about kratom so he can feel like a god and you can worship his knowledge and his amazing skills is what I took from that. Then after degraded me, I told him I wont be purchasing those drinks for obvious reasons, and he told me “good, dont come back.” No need to say that buddy. No one wants to support a business with such horrible customer service. We are passionate about learning because we worked in the business too, there was no need to degrade us and put us down like that, especially infront of...

This is a Kratom Bar. I have no issue with a Kratom Tea bar, if you want to take Kratom, that's entirely your choice. No issue with that, and the business should absolutely be allowed to exist.

Here is where a massive problem comes in: My wife and I did not know what this place was while walking down Main St. We decided to stop in and see what it was. We asked the Bartender (who I'm told was the owner, but I can't confirm or deny that) what the place was and he said "It is an alcohol alternative bar". We asked what exactly that meant, and he said "Just tell me how you want to feel, and I will make you a drink for that". We again said okay, but what is it? He replied "Its tea that makes you feel good!" I said a third time, but what is the tea? and finally someone else at the bar spoke up and said "It's Kratom." Again, I have no issue with this business existing, but not telling someone about a substance they are about to put in their body and implying that it's just "tea" is incredibly messed up, wrong, and...
