3/4/2022 Corina helped me 2day. She is the consumate counter helper. Andrew is the manager. Corina is the assistant manager. They are both professional and willing to work with you. I can't stay away. This Benny's is an asset to Horizon City.

Since 2 years ago the service and attitude of the workers is so much better. It is like night and day. The entire staff behave professionally. Again it is like Jekyll and Hyde. You can pay over the phone to extend, but if they are busy, you are SOL, s$it out of luck. Andrew is the manager you need to win over and charm. He is very knowledgeable and keen. His staff stay busy and are cordial. As I said before, the pawn shop is now run by a crew who are all on the same page. Arlene is my favorite, but all the staff are focused...

The rudest, most ignorant, unethical staff I have ever dealt with. And I gave them multiple chances. Throughout multiple transactions. I realize they really do not care what the customer is entitled to or just what is right if it's going to lose them money or make them less. is easy to smile and sell something when you're is easy to smile and sell something when you're trying get someone to buy something, but when something does go wrong, this is exactly the type of business you don't want to have to deal with. I can admit that Bennys has treated me better than cash america, cash america would break my things. Bennys has been awesome to me with the exception of new managment. Two things one i had pawned the enterprise for $90. It was my very first ever pawn with bennys and Victor only wanted to lend $50. Two I pawned my breville juicer before for $60 and Andrew only wanted to lend me only $20. I think it is messed up that I wasn't lend the same amount as before, though I paid $6,700 from my inheritance money to pull everything out except my seasonal items.
