I went in an bought a king size bed frame. I bought ot with the impression that it came with slats. When I realized it didnt I tried to return it two days later unopened. The sales man told me to just get some wood and measure the frame and make slats. So I I took it out the box but couldnt get my mattress to fit. I returned to the store to get a refund with all parts in the box and was told I couldnt because the box was opened. The sales person told me to open the box now my money is lost because of him.
