Hooters — Restaurant in Horn Lake

Working in area and since I’m a Hooters lover I thought I’d wait till the night before I left to try em out. I walk in about 5 pm see a couple people at tables and about five people at bar so I decided to sit at the end of bar by where food comes from kitchen. This beautiful bartender that was entertaining the five bounced down and I ordered my sweet tea. She brought it with menu. I’m very used to ordering the same thing so in a minute or less I’m ready. Just before I’m ready to walk out because of waiting on the bartender to come take my order a guy walks in and sat beside me so thank goodness I got to order at same time as him. (15) minutes now. His food came out but, he had to ask a waitress to hand it to him, mine came out and yep, I had to do the same. After eating I ended up asking another waitress if she could ask the bartender for my check. A while later the bartender came with it and hovered waiting for payment. I wasn’t going to tip her but was going to tip the one who handed me my food ( and did) if I would have had correct change bartender wouldn’t have gotten anything. With a simple impersonal be careful the bartender took off to other end of bar. I understand that the people at the bar she was socializing with were the lawyer type or worse and I’m only a working guy but still. Two of the waitresses realized what happened and apologized to me and the other guy who sat beside me. One even invited me back to ask for her... I’ll see.... Our server was Alisha, I timed everything while we were here. We sat down and it took about 5 minutes to get greeted, me being a server, the greet time is 2 minutes. We ordered a beer, one dr pepper, 2 sweet teas, we got unsweet sadly. So we ordered two Dr pepper’s, my friend got a flat dr pepper, and I got a coke. She took our orders, etc. As time went on, the hostess sat with MULTIPLE guest at their tables & screamed across the restaurant at the rest of the servers, basically goofing off and playing around. The server named Riley, went behind an old man that was talking to a table and grab him from behind and he grabbed her butt. All in the mix of the hostess and another server slapping butts and throwing cups down. Service was awful! We were actually thinking about leaving but decided since we had already ordered, we would stay cause that was the right thing to do. 15 minutes later, no apps, no foods, husband sat with a empty glass waiting for another beer. Every single server was either playing, sitting at a table with a guest, or talking loudly across the restaurant to another server. Riley was also throughout our whole visit, sat across the table from us flirting with a guy, then stated that she would “bang him”. Absolutely DISGUSTED with this place and...

I gave it a 5 cause they did a great job with our food. It was absolutely great. To the cooks that night great job! Keep it up! The girls were pretty nice as well! The only complaint would be it was very very unclean. Not the kind of unclean you get from cooking and being busy. The kind of unclean where it's been just building up for years. Otherwise great job! I also wanna say General Manager is great. Ate there tonight for my birthday. The girls was awesome. Food tasted fantastic.

I went there again Monday. This was not a good experience. I couldn't figure how to write another review so I had to edit this one. First no one came over to me they was to busy with a man who was obviously to drunk to drive. When one did come over I had a free app. From my rewards that I get from eating here so much. Instead of my onion rings tower app she gave me 5 onion rings. It was a single side order. Cost 5 dollars. They happened to be hard and I gave them to my dogs. The girls who was there was just cussing up a storm boy. F this F that. I felt more uncomfortable because of that than anything else. Look I go there cause I happen to like their food and the fact they have Chase driving for them. I hate this happened cause I will have to find another location...
