Placed an order today on the Taco Bell app, went to pick it up and was told they didn't have 2 of the 3 burritos I ordered on the side with my grill cheese burrito combo. Ok cool, I get to the window and was then told I'll have to cancel my order, so to make sure I'm understanding the young lady right I say "so I have to cancel the whole order cause the burritos right?" She says " We only can give you 2 of your items" So I'm like "So you'll must not have all the items for the combo either?" Which consists of a grill cheese burrito, chalupa, Dorito taco, cinnamon twist and drink. She says " yeah we have it". So now I'm puzzled as to why I only can only get 2 of the items out my whole order if you have the other items and just out the 2 burritos? Make it make sense! I don't think she understood 🤔 what she said herself 🤦🏾♀️. I asked again why I only can get 2 of my items cause at this point I'm confussed before I told her I'll just cancel and she just kept saying I only can get 2 items with no explanation as to why. Ended up having to call tacobell 1800 number, wait 30 mins to speak to someone on the phone to get a refund because it's no way to cancel the order on the app once you've arrived to pick up. Loss my free reward and have to wait for my money back due to whatever the reason was. I never got a reason. Ordering on the app is supposed to be convenient, what an inconvenience! No apology or anything. Like I said I don't think she even understood what she said herself!
Update: After contacting Taco Bell and was told I would be receiving a refund in a few days well I'm still waiting because now I have to contact them again because they refunded my money and turned right around and took it right back off my card. I nevered received anything from this order so why is my card being charged and who authorized them to take money off my card again for food I nevered received from the jump and bad customer service?? Im not about to give Taco Bell any of my money for free unless I'm donating and I definitely wasn't donating that day. At this point I'm pretty much done with Taco Bell all around. Ill spend my money where food and customer service is worth it at and its definitely not here. But one thing for sure they best believe their gonna drop my money off. Sad I gotta go through all this for my money. No help at the location or over the phone apparently and they had nerves to respond to this review but still did nothing to fix the issue. Thats...
Read moreVisited 8/11/18 @ 8p.m Worst Taco Bell I've visited. Went through the drive through ordered Steak nachos box, FRIES AND CHEESE BOX AND THE PARTY BOX. Greeted by" we don't have anything to drink tonight". I'm like really. So I still order. I get to the window and pay for my order the young lady takes my payment. Okay I wait 5 minutes to get my order. The two girls were in the drive through window eating food. (This is what break is for) I had to ask for my water she like"your Water!" like really.....I guess they say we don't have anything to drink so we don't give the customer anything. I'm like you rung up a water so I want both of my waters. I get home and notice I have old nachos and about 3 pieces of steak( So I assumed this was the bottom of the steak pan)and to top it all off a pound of beans and old limp fries AND HAIR IN MY FOOD!. I drive back to get my order corrected and notice the crew in the back listening to loud rap music with cursing while on the line. ( there was a family in the lobby with young children eating) They also had a line of customers in the inside that had messed up or incomplete orders as well. The manager was just terrible all together she looked nasty the crew looked nasty and they didn't respect her as the manager. This store needs a whole new make over. My daughter also had hair in her taco as well. They don't wipe the boxes off after preparing the box meals. Greese, lettuce and cheese on the side and top of the boxes. The lady in front of me asked them to clean her box off. I had grease all over my remade order so I stood there and cleaned mine off myself. DO NOT EAT HERE JUST...
Read moreIn these troubled times of Covid it seems that Customer Service is a thing of the past. It is never a pleasant experience to have to order food. It’s almost less trouble to go shopping, go home and cook and clean up afterwards than to jump in the drive thru. Today at 12:30 in the middle of lunch rush the story was COMPLETELY different.
I placed a mobile order. I do this most days now to keep things a little less terrible. Two members of the staff there made me feel like I mattered. Nothing unusual happened. But I have a different outlook today. The young man with the headset for the drive thru actually showed me my mobile order on the screen to make sure they had it right. This has Never happened before. It was correct. The very pleasant young lady at the window smiled at me. This never happens anymore. She thanked me for my order and told me to have a nice day. I got to work, and you know what?? My order was correct and still hot and my crunchy tacos were not broken. Due to the fact that it was a mobile order I had to give my name and both employees referred to me by name. VERY NICE.
