This place has a lot of stuff but, if it doesn’t work they will not return for store credit or exchange if it has been opened. We bought a learning toy for my son of the holidays and it didn’t work. They instructed us to contact the manufacturer... It was not their problem. Their price tag was still on the box and we used a card but they said they could not look it up. Not a good business model and we support local business(franchisees) but, I would not recommend buying toys from them or things that have to be tested by opening...

This store has gone downhill in recent months. The manager is very rude, and most of the employees seem to be incapable of helping me with simple questions. The store is completely disorganized. Everything seems to be misplaced. Complete chaos. Some other teacher friends of mine agree, so we switched our business over to lakeshore learning. There’s a bit of a drive, but at least I don’t have to deal with a constant attitude from someone working up front....

Stephanie checked me out and her attitude was very rude. She followed me around the store like I was a shoplifter. I think in this day in time stereotyping is past offensive. Due to this pandemic,we are forced to adjust to virtual learning, so shopping at your store is necessary in order to create a learning environment for our kids at home.
