Taco Bell — Restaurant in Hot Springs

Ordered the crispy chicken taco with the orange colored sauce, and they gave me ranch instead, I also asked for no lettuce, and no pico and it was supposed to come with purple cabbage but they didn’t include the purple cabbage. Beyond that the tortillas on the two burritos were absolutely not cooked, and everything tasted off. I’m hoping my tummy is okay later🙏 I think I’m just going to have to give up on Taco Bell in hot springs. Every Taco Bell in hot springs consistently messes up orders. I have been to all 3 Taco Bell locations in hot springs and literally every time they mess something/everything up. It’s insane, I’m flabbergasted and I don’t know if it’s just happening to me or if it’s happening to everyone. I honestly don’t know how any of them are still open. Shut em down and bring me a checkers or whatever they’re called...

Went through the drive through after a hard day of work. People were nice, I got my food and went home, turned on a nice video of Dancing Bacons. Took out a fry and took a bite, it was hard and cold my poor hungry heart was broken, I went to eat my taco, it was so cold the grease had combined into the wrapping paper, my heart broke more. Putting that aside I decided to eat my favorite thing on the menu, the chicken Chalupa, I took a bite and had to almost break my poor teeth trying to take a bite. Why was it so hard Taco Bell? The food was not cold cold but definitely not hot. And I didn't get wat I ordered which made me sad.
