Bought an electric chainsaw of the shelf. No manual or included wrench/ screwdriver. I needed it for the next day. It is unusable as the drive sprocket was the wrong pitch for the chain and bar. Could easily have broken at full cutting speed, very dangerous. But I needed a quiet working saw the next day. Brought it back big waste of time, nice but useless employees.
