I placed my order for 1 hat on August 6th and have yet to receive said hat! I've emailed and 1st got that they were on vacation and catching up on orders, I understood and waited! Then waited some more time and emailed again for an update and got a "the hat will be shipped tmrw, working on embroidery today". That was August 26th or 27th and have yet to receive this hat or even an update! Just an awful way to treat someone who is trying to be supportive to a cause. Never again, sadly this has ruined any future orders for me. So happy to so many other good reviews and unfortunate the bad one...
