Absolutely awful. My landlord contracts them to fix appliances for his rentals so that is the only option I have. I called back in May when I was 9 months pregnant because of my fridge and washing machine. They took my information. No one called. I called multiple times various times of the day and was not able to be put in touch with a maintenance worker. I even called right when they opened like they suggested and when I called again because I still hadn’t received a call they told me to call first thing in the morning which I told them I had already done so then someone with a less than desirable affect took my information again and the issues and make and model number of my appliances. 3 weeks later still no call so I called AGAIN! It was the same lady and of course she had no idea what I was talking about and she said she “couldn’t promise anything” because one of the workers was on vacation but a couple days later I did receive a call. He said alls he was told was my washing machine was “noisy” 🙄 I explained to him about the fan in the fridge and the bearings and water level issues in the washing machine and how I already checked the valves and water lines. He was supposed to be here this morning. I’ve been saying all morning “watch him not even show up.” It’s now 230 and I have an appointment to get to and I’m TIRED of having to chase them around to get them to do their job and waste my time when I just had a baby 2 months ago with major medical issues and 5 other people living in this house! Read moreI wanted very much to have a good experience when I visited a few weeks ago, as my family has shopped at Kirkish for years, but I was disappointed by the lack of customer service. More than one sale person was standing around, not assisting customers, and no one came over to greet or ask if there was anything specific I might like to see. I was there for 20 minutes before I approached someone and asked for assistance. Then, after speaking with a sales person, I was shown a couple options, but there were no prices on the pieces. When I inquired, the saleswoman made a guess at the cost, rather than obtaining an actual price. She also took my name and phone number so she could inquired with her reps about pieces I had seen on the Kirkish website, saying she would call me when she had more information. She never called. I received much better service from two other furniture businesses in the local area and chose to make the purchase of a solid wood bedroom set from one of them. Sorry, Kirkish. You snooze, you lose. Read moreDisappointed, the appliance selection was very weak. They did not even acknowledge us when we came in, or after we had spent extensive time in the store. Several stoves had no burner tops? Displays seemed chaotic. It wasn't a matter of they were busy helping others, which I could understand, more of a general apathy. We had just moved and needed a full appliance refit for our new home. With a few furniture pieces. So that could been a pretty lucrative sale for them. Maybe the staff were having a bad day? I am not sure anymore as it seems more and more businesses forgot customer first enthusiasm and appear self absorbed.
