The products are pretty good. They do have a couple things, other places, don't. But the one thing that irritates me the most is they just don't hold your order twenty four hours like everywhere else. Dispensaries run out of product constantly. So if you put a order in, you should at least get twenty four hours to have it held like everywhere else does. I'm not concerned if a deal is involved. It's just twenty four hours is a nice thing to give customers. I specifically enjoy hash and a lot of times it's just gone pretty quick. It honestly just makes no sense. Do not hold an order For twenty four hours. Every dispensary, across the country that i've been to will do that, except this one. I am not counting the ones. I have not been to because obviously I haven't been there yet. And I don't know what they do, but the ones that I have been to always hold your order 24 hours. In reality, that's just a courtesy to do for customers that support businesses and keep businesses going. Holding the orders is the only thing that I mentioned in the review, not a single thing about who's a corporate business and who's not. And as the only locally owned dispensary, then uh, you should probably pay attention to your customers Reviews a little better, to be honest. Instead of simply saying we apologize, but we're not able to, you had to throw out that you're the only locally owned dispensary, and not a corporate, like all the others, which had nothing to do with what I said. Very disappointed if not upset by my first dispensary visit. Quality of flower is VERY LOW, very small selection / menu and the only thing SKY HIGH is their prices. People there more concerned with terms and technicals rather than your experience- or apparently quality products.

Cash only and they lock you in a room and you can’t even see the products until you are out the door. I will never go back here! I’ll stick to the old school way of obtaining my products better quality and better prices — imagine that?!?!?!?

Response to NSH I was not offered alternative payment options- and again the whole experience was not what I hoped for - and your products are lower quality than I expected from a place like this - selection of flower was VERY SMALL compared to my expectations -

Outstanding place. Great staff, great source of knowledge, and excellent place to start learning if you're new to cannabis. They can help speed up your search for the proper form of administering your medicine to treat your medical problems. They knew my name after only a few visits and they're highly professional while still being friendly. I started from ground zero and learned what I needed to get started and what might work best for me. I even had an employee go as far as to check some equipment I bought to make sure I didn't screw anything up. Only those with a card can get medicine but anyone else can go in and look at artwork by local artists of all ages. I thought it was very nice that they even sold some pictures that children drew for a good cause.
