I enjoyed my shopping experience Friday after 5:30 9/2/2013. I bought a beautiful pair of sandals on sale for $49.99, but was a little unsure of the fit. The manager convinced me they looked wonderful. When I went to wear them 3 days later I noticed some of the carving and imprinting was missing on one of the shoes. I also reaffirmed they were too loose, so I did not wear them. I became suddenly ill the next day and after several injections and three trips to the doctor over 4 days, I was sent home to recover. Last Friday, 9/13, I went back to return the sandals and found them closed before 5:30. When I called today, I was told there is a 5 day return policy and since the sandals were on sale, no exchanges even though it is clear they were never worn. What if I had pruchased them as a gift a month ahead of the event and they were the wrong size, color or style? Five day return policy? That just means they do not stand behind what they sell. Do not shop here and certainly do not purchase anything unless you are certain you love it, can wear it, it will not shrink or fade, etc,., or if you do not care about how you spend our money. even if you do realize it's a 5-day return policy, they might just be closed when...
