By far the worst experience I have ever had in a retail environment. I have never been treated with so much disrespect by such a disgusting employee whose main focus should be customer service. Shayna or Shaena or Shanea is the worst representation of this brand and I will never shop with this company again. I came in for a simple exchange, and to spend extra money there, to stock up on new make up for the new year. I was instead met with hostility and discrimination for the fact that I asked to exchange my products that were given to me as a gift. She raised her voice, rolled her eyes, became very aggressive, and humiliated me in public. Told me that she probably can't exchange it and gave me the impression that she thought it was stolen since I didn't have a receipt. I had to walk out because of how obviously embarrassed and shocked I was by her behavior. Why would I have a receipt if it was a gift, and I didn't want to return it but to simply exchange for more product than the lipstick was worth? It's funny, since the only reason I came to this store was because my friend who brought me had just made an exchange there a month ago with no receipt and no problem. So why was I treated completely different? I was absolutely discriminated against, and this is the worst representation of a brand that I have ever seen for a company. It is appalling that MAC cosmetics would let a person like this work for them and shocking that the manager was in the store leaning on a counter talking to another employee the entire time completely disinterested in calming the situation.    Read moreI recently visited MAC to purchase a foundation and expressed my concern that the color seemed too red. Unfortunately, the associate seemed indifferent and assured me it matched, so I paid and left. On Sunday, I called to report that I had lost the receipt and that the foundation didnât match. I was told that it would be okay as they could scan the box. However, when I returned and paid for parking, I found out they wouldnât exchange it without a receipt. The original associate didnât even try to enter me into the system during the purchase, and my bank statement wasnât accepted as proof. The service was terrible throughout the process. The manager offered me his card and suggested I look for the receipt. If the service had been better from the beginning, I wouldn't be in this situation. There were no other customers in the store initially, so it wasnât due to being busy. Overall, it was just a poor customer experience. Iâve actually been a Mac customer for decades and switched over to another brand, I finally decided to try MAC again, this is not encouraging. No one wants to spend where their patronage isnât appreciated. Walks to Sephora as I have paid for parking twice.

I was there about 2 weeks ago looking for some new colors for the holidays, I was interested in lipstick, lipliners and lip gloss as well as some new eyeshadows, I walked in with my boyfriend and asked the girl who was leaning against the fixtures if she could help me find some lip color. She rolled her eyes and said " yeah" so I showed her some examples of which ones I liked. She was leaning and was dropping lipsticks on the counter all over the place. I asked her to show me a liner to match a lipstick and she said " that wont look right on you". I thought she was kidding, because who would actually say that to a paying customer? Another employee came up to her and they started talking about plans for the holidays meanwhile I am standing there just listening to their entire conversation about meaningless things. The girl who was helping me left to go on a lunch break in the middle of helping me and passed me off to the girl she was talking to. I could not believe the lack of customer service. And the lack of enthusiasm for a potential sale. I wont be back....ever. Horrible experience. You cant be rude to customers if you work in...
