Do not ask for the big & tall guy to cut your hair ( he is the only tall guy). He doesn’t have basic haircut skill and will screw up your hair being horrible look over the place ( if you ask him cut your hair short, his his scissor cut almost ball your hair, he doesn’t use finger to measure the cut, just cut by his feelings mood), especially for men cut. He is trying run customer as quick as he can so he can wrap next guest. Also, ALWAYS ASK FOR THE PRICE BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING, THEY DONT PLACE SERVICE PRICE INFORMATION IN THE FRONT.
