I am a regular at this place. The only reason I found out about this place was because I got treated so poorly at another beauty supply store. They leave you alone here. They have a great selection. The staff is very polite and helpful. They act like they appreciate you.

Please keep these things in mind....

Don't go in there with bags, backpacks or large purses. You will be asked to leave them upfront, so just don't bring them.

If you plan to try on wigs, purchase a wig cap as soon as you get there. Even if you already have a brand new wig cap on, they will still require you to get a new wig cap. They cost 50 cents. Do yourself a favor and walk in with 50 cents and buy a wig cap as soon as you come in. That's a great way to build a relationship with them.

They will not allow you to try on wigs all day long. Especially if they don't know you. Look around, and find FIVE wigs that you want to try on. Look everywhere FIRST. Then chose FIVE wigs and try them on. They leave me alone, because they know me and they KNOW I'm not there to mess around. I have been there a million times.

If you want to see what a packaged wig looks like, take it to the cashier and ask her to open it for you. Don't open wigs on the sales floor.

I love this place. The Hispanic male manager is very very nice, but he does not allow any foolery in there. I love the location on Westheimer & Dairy...

I went there specifically to buy crochet hair to do my hair for my upcoming vacation. The manager just so happened to walk pass the aisle I was on and I inquired if there were any other darker shades in stock that weren't on display and he said no that what was out that's all they have at that time. He did offer to call the other store for me and found out that they did indeed have other selections of color in the brand of crochet hair I was intrigued with that really caught my eye. I told him thank you and preceded to leave and go to the other location. But low and behold as I was about to exit the parking lot unbeknown to me a UPS truck just made a delivery and it was of the style and color that I wanted. The manager flagged me down in the parking lot and I saw him waving but I was thinking I dropped something and I backed my car up and headed back in his direction to see what could be that I thought I may have forgotten or something. He graciously filled me in on the good news of the new arrival of what I was looking for in the store. I returned back to the store with him and he opened up the box and I was so happy, I told him thank you so much more than a few times and that really made my day. I made my purchase and thanked him once again for all his help and overwhelmingly dedication to customer service. So Thank you so much for making everything go smooth...

I was a loyal customer for years in this place and today was my last time. I literally bring people there to give them customers and the disrespect They have done stuff that i didn't like but i always over looked it because it wasn't for me like watching the customers like they going to steal something and follow them around the whole store. They were used to me so i didn't see it for me. But the disrespect I received today was crazy. Would not recommend anymore! They take your money and play in your face. I literally asked for a wig, same product, same brand everything just different color to trade it out. Never walked out store was still standing at counter. He wrung up a display wig that was on sale and didn't give me the display discount so I was like I might as well just get the color still new in bag. He said he already made the color I want the display now so I can't get it. Mind you it's literally sitting in front of me laying on counter. Never walked out store, nothing. It take just a little customer service to know when you have people spending their hard earned money, it goes a long way to just be human and use common sense.
