My family and I just moved to the area and wanted pizzas for dinner. I went into google search to look for a pizza place near us. As I went down the list I saw Pizza Patron listed. I've never heard of Pizza Patron before and is curious of what it's like so I went to read the reviews. Wow! This location really has a lot of good reviews. So I decided to go there Tuesday night to see what the hype is all about. I walked in and this lady named Samantha greeted me with such enthusiasm. She was so welcoming, kind and especially helpful. Need I remind you that I've never heard of Pizza Patron before. She was so sweet and patient with me cos I was clueless on what to ordered. I literally asked her so many questions about the food there. She kindly explained to me about the the food there and what are in them. She knows a lot about the flavors of the pizzas. I can see how passionate she is with her job. I've never seen anyone so happy while working. Lol. She is such a positive person. Especially dealing with customers. She sold me on getting the two specialty pizzas for $13.99 each. I got the Diablo and the Supreme. I have to say at first when Samantha told me that her favorite is the Diablo and that I won't be disappointed if I tried it. I was kinda skeptical about the taste coz I've never had any other flavor pizzas other than the traditional ones. But she was so convincing that I decided to try it. OMG! She was not wrong! No question about it, this is one of the best pizza spots I’ve ever been to, and I don’t say that lightly.

From the moment I pulled into the parking lot, I had a good feeling. The outside was clean and well taken care of, which honestly says a lot these days. And inside? Even better. Everything was spotless. The front counter, the floors, the whole vibe made it clear they actually clean this place every day. Wild concept, right?

Now, let’s talk about the people. The customer service here is on another level. Everyone I interacted with was super friendly and clearly knew what they were doing. No attitude, no confusion just good energy and solid teamwork. You could tell the staff actually communicates well, not just shouting orders across the kitchen. It made everything run smoothly.

Huge shoutout to Samantha, who clearly works her tail off. You can tell right away she sets the tone for the place. She’s not just professional she’s warm, attentive, and genuinely cares about the customers and her team. That kind of leadership with a human touch is rare, and she makes it look effortless.

Now the food… wow. My order came out fast. Like, sit-down-and-it’s-already-here fast. And the smell? Unreal. That perfect mix of cheesy, garlicky, and just the right amount of crisp that makes you want to dive in and forget about everything else. Everything was hot, fresh, and absolutely hit the spot.

So if you’re even thinking about getting pizza tonight, stop thinking. Just go. This place gets it...

I was calling between the hours of 9pm and 10pm on 12/13/24. And no answer at all ! Called 9 times . This is the last time I go to that store . We have been going since day 1 and never had any issues. I decided to walk in and do carry out. As soon as I walked in . The girl with the white mask asked what did I need and I answered Carry out. She turned her head with an attitude and sighed heavily. I still decided to walk in because my children really wanted pizza patron. Then with an attitude said what do I want . So I told her my order , then she answered yes but what ??? With a bad attitude , while a little short kid with a nose piercing , I’m sure he’s the cook , was just staring at me like it was trying to mad dog me . So I tried to keep my composure to not want to go off on this little boy , and when he walked away , he pretended to shoot again in the air . As if he was cool . I decided to just leave . Because I wouldn’t feel safe that my food would be clean. Pizza patron needs to hire people that want to work. Not these lazy teenagers or whatever they are . That pretend to be wanksters. They can get hurt by someone that takes that personal . I will be staying away from this location for now on. I will be writing a letter to corporate also. Until they...
