First Watch — Restaurant in Sugar Land

The only way to justify with my dining experience at first watch is writing this 1 star review. This place deserves 0 stars but this is the lowest google allows… I never saw my waitress once during my 45 minute to hour dine in. I order the traditional breakfast without meat to substitute with fruit and substituting the toast for biscuit. I know this is a loaded order and sometimes things get messed up, which I am totally understanding since I have waited tables for years myself. My order did come back messed up but the issue was how this incident was handled (or not handled AT ALL). Our server disappeared the ENTIRE time we were there besides at the end when she slapped down the check. I was missing multiple items which I then tried making eye contact and flagging down multiple other servers since ours was MIA without luck. After 20 minutes, I went towards the kitchen and mentioned my order was wrong and haven’t seen my waitress.

The new server I asked for help then came by and with a napkin asking for me to PUT THE WRONG FOOD ON A NAPKIN so she can show the kitchen... I was disgusted about doing this, I felt like the appropriate thing was to take my plate and correct the order! I did what was asked and grabbed all the bacon on the napkin for her… she never came back and I never got my order corrected….

The original waitress finally made an appearance and started reading back my order and saying I was wrong over and over again. My boyfriend was livid at this point due to the sheer audacity of this server, entire staff and lack of management. She then starts blaming everyone else also including me. I keep asking her to stop and let us leave and we paid and walked out. I never should have paid for this since I never got anything besides eggs & fruit…..
