First time coming to this Burlington by Gulfgate and I am very disappointed and uncomfortable by the Manager’s attitude. I wanted to look around this location and window shop after a long day at work with my sister because I was curious and they barely had any shirts at the juniors section and if they do there’s a few and very little with no variety and The manager Wendy looks angry and she threw me off and made my shopping experience horrible and unsatisfied. Why is the Burlington hours at the door 9 am to 11 pm but the other side says they close till 8 am. WHO IS UP THAT LATE?? 😟 and Why are they blocking the door with a Lineup like this is a club next to the loss prevention guy? 💀 and The Cashier Eveling is rude while rigging me up But The good side of it is that They have a great selection in the Women’s skirt and Pajamas with going into the season this year and They have a lot of purses that was eye catching and The fitting room is clean and they had good insulation unlike the Almeda mall location and Employee was friendly in the back and The store is clean. Read moreMy first impression at this brand new Burlington was disappointing. First, there was not much merchandise on the floor, and even though I did find what I needed the line to pay was super long, passing the clothes aisle and there was only ONE register opened. There's 8 brand new cash registers, but can't get a couple of more cashiers to check out. They did bring a back up, but only to release the cashier that was there. I also noticed the line was extra slow because a lot of things are not priced and then the costumer has to go find something similar; can't even get an employee to help with that. I was in line way longer than I shopped for. I don't think I will be buying anything from there if I see only one cash register open the next...
Read moreCharlotte the store manager was very rude and condescending. I was denied merchandise credit on an item I was returning WITH the original receipt over 60 days. She stated she only acknowledges returns within 30 days, despite the company’s online policy stating a credit should be honored with my conditions. When I stated I would be contacting corporate, she started belittling me as I was walking out. I will not be returning to this unprofessional establishment. Corporate has been contacted and I will be receiving my credit at another location who doesn’t believe they are above the law/policy.
