The attendant at this location on 02/29/2024 at exactly 11:50am actually exchanged words with me when i arrived to pick an order and had the audacity to ask me to cancel the order if i didn't want to pick it. Very unprofessional. First time ever i picked up an order without the order receipt attached to it and she told me that she threw it away before i arrived when i asked for it and when i asked why, she said that she just threw it away and i couldn't believe what i was hearing. The scary thing is that she refused to accept that she was wrong. Order receipts are always attached to customer's orders for loads of reasons and the pictures are even taken and if this individual doesn't know this, then she has no business being there. I hope the staff are retrained. Why would someone throw away an order receipt away before pick up? Was it even printed at all? And yet refused to print another one when asked to do so. She was acting so dumb. Either this individual is very unhappy, hates her job or on a mission to run down the business. And to cap it all. she didn't even ask me to confirm on the app that i picked up the order!!! Everything about her screamed...

TeaTonic Boba Shop is a chilled garden atmosphere with great delicious fresh food and awesome drinks! I have boba shops around my area but nothing compares to TeaTonic so when I’m craving a cold drink, chicken wings and popcorn chicken I drive almost an hour to get there and it’s worth every bit of my time! The wings are the best hands down in all of Houston! They are big, juicy and flavorful! Their spicy watermelon and mangonada are to die for! Ooh and their pina colada que yum!
