Burger King — Restaurant in Houston

The manager as she called herself anyway got our order wrong and insisted that the only way to get it right was to go thru the line again because she had a line and couldn't hold it up. If I were in the wrong and was tod to go back thru the line that's fine but it was her mistake. Since she was being unreasonable I then decided to get my money back which took a good 3 to 4 mins, she could've easily made her mistake right and we all move on happy instead she as the manager decided to lose a sale, have to throw said food away on a lost sale (because yes we had the food in our possession), she also held up her line for a good 3 to 4 mins... lmmfao is all I can say

I like that charbroiled beef patty flavor you get only at BK but this patty looked sad and small on that bread bun. Meat looked strange and had flat burn marks like pressed on a burner and forgotten. Gave off a burnt bitter taste that usually comes from the black char when things get burnt. Looked like a soy burger instead of beef. I asked my wife if she heard anything about them changing the meat normally used because something was just so off with taste and appearance. We have been going to this place for a while and it was good but a few times had encountered problems. During this pandemic a woman brought our food to another car and the other people in the car touched the food and claimed it wasn't theirs.
