I politely asked for a burger with no onions more than 5 times in the friendliest manner. I lost my voice so I couldn’t speak loud enough. Still they ignored me and added onions in my burger and they also gave me sweet tea when I asked for unsweetened tea. They didn’t give me a straw so I had to ask for one. Terrible service. I didn’t want to go up there again because I didn’t want anything bad to happen to my food. They ignored me so I’m not coming back until they change the people working in there. I’m sad that they treated me like that even though I was super nice to them.

I’m a Whataburger kinda guy but the Whataburger next to my apartment complex is bad. With that being said, I have tried Wendy’s which is ok but decided to go to this Burger King. Great staff and great service and the best part the fresh warm burger and also fresh vegetables. Top qualify staff and top qualify fast food. Keep up the good work will be going here more often for a tasty burger!

Tried out the Impossible burger. It was a good Burger substitute that actually tasted like meat (beyond burgers taste similar to the way cat food smells.) However tasting it side by side with a whopper you can definitely tell which is which. The whopper has a somewhat charcoal-esk taste that the impossible Burger lacks? Either way, I'd definitely have the impossible Burger again.

The manager as she called herself anyway got our order wrong and insisted that the only way to get it right was to go thru the line again because she had a line and couldn't hold it up. If I were in the wrong and was tod to go back thru the line that's fine but it was her mistake. Since she was being unreasonable I then decided to get my money back which took a good 3 to 4 mins, she could've easily made her mistake right and we all move on happy instead she as the manager decided to lose a sale, have to throw said food away on a lost sale (because yes we had the food in our possession), she also held up her line for a good 3 to 4 mins... lmmfao is all I can say

Oh yea the whataburger we grabbed right down on longpoint was accurate fresh and delicious... hope this helps anyone who hates...

I like that charbroiled beef patty flavor you get only at BK but this patty looked sad and small on that bread bun. Meat looked strange and had flat burn marks like pressed on a burner and forgotten. Gave off a burnt bitter taste that usually comes from the black char when things get burnt. Looked like a soy burger instead of beef. I asked my wife if she heard anything about them changing the meat normally used because something was just so off with taste and appearance. We have been going to this place for a while and it was good but a few times had encountered problems. During this pandemic a woman brought our food to another car and the other people in the car touched the food and claimed it wasn't theirs.
