I recently had an unfortunate experience with my daughter at this location. She had suffered an ankle injury that resulted in surgery and her being on bed rest for the past month and a half. She called them a couple of weeks ago and explained her incident where the employee let her know she could still return her item for what she paid for, for something else because of store policy but they were able to make that exception due to her incident. When we went today to do that exchange, no one had a clue on what she talked about and they were so unkind and ugly to her! After this long process of waiting to see if management would approve her return, we were looking to see what weâd exchange for the credit she paid, but it was until very last minute that she told my daughter theyâd only give her $9.98 because it was a no receipt past 90 day return at checkout. My daughter is not one to complain so she accepted that but I was disappointed to see how these employees were unkind to her because they could clearly see her injury and her being on a scooter because of her mobility. Also when my daughter was trying out clothes, the employees were being snarky and talked bad about her because of the return even though my daughter never yelled, spoke up, or wasnât unkind to any of them! I definitely called customer service because this is not the way a company should run! So unfortunate to have to experience this after a traumatic couple of months...

The dress was a last minute purchase for a cruise and I left my nice dress at home. I didnât even wear the dress and I would have kept it but it didnât look nice on me. Nowhere on the policy does it says you canât return something without the tags. The dress was just 40 bucks it didnât even look that nice to be treated like I was breaking the law. Whatever never shopping at this company if this is how they treat customers. Also the girls at the cash register avoided me like the plague. Nice customer...
   Read moreI was so excited to finally go in this store. A beautiful black dress caught my eye from the window. No one spoke or acknowledged me. BUT I WANTED THAT DRESS SO BAD! I couldn't pull myself to ask for someone to take my money so I kindly put the dress and necklace on the counter and walked out. Walking around the the store for 10 minutes just to be ignored, was not worth the $50 dress. Ladies that worked TUES, 4/19/22, the closing shift.... PLEASE DO BETTER đ© BE KIND....if nothing else SPEAK to every customer that walks...
