Well Iām start it off I never heard of the customer being wrong , second I donāt think a manager should correct a employee while they still in progress of making an order, Third day employee Valerie that was working around 5 PM On October Was making my sandwich exactly how I requested she was fast and accurate and making my sandwich though the person over her felt that she was doing something wrong by giving me extra because after I had politely said that I would pay extra The person in side her keep telling her no thatās not how it is done Valerie never once responded to the lady who is attempting to correct her I spoke up for her and said sheās making the sandwich how I requested the lady then decided to take it upon herself to speak to me in a very very disrespectful manner that had just killed my appetite and I decided at that point I no longer want it my sandwich well her justification of correct in the lady was that corporate would be upset to see that she is giving me Extra pickles as I had requested and was going to pay for at this point I walked out and Will never spend my money there again Although I do feel that Valerie was given excellent customer service and I feel bad that she has to work in such a hostile work environment which is against the law so I felt that it was my duty to leave a review in hopes that the court route will see and correct the person over seeing her by letting them know the customer is always right especially whenever they are paying and willing to pay extra for exactly...

What I received was a basic, cold sandwich (literally felt coming out of a fridge) with none of my customizations applied. It was as if my detailed order was completely ignored. The drive-thru experience compounded the issue. Upon arriving, I encountered a significant communication barrier, as the sole employee present appeared to be non-English speaking. While I was able to communicate in Spanish, this should not be a prerequisite for receiving a correct order. This location demonstrated a complete disregard for customer instructions and a lack of attention to detail. This, combined with the communication challenges, made for a frustrating experience. A quick online search reveals numerous similar complaints regarding poor customer service and order inaccuracies at this specific franchise. Initially left out the door but my elderly mother in law couldn't wait any longer due to her low blood sugar, so begrudgingly decided to just get something there. Huge mistake.
Employees were short and clearly agitated , snapping when asked if they had chicken breast and again told to "go to another location". This continued as the sandwich was being assembled and she ignored requests to remove the things we didn't want on the sandwich, refused to put the cheese on the side saying "we don't do that here" and also refused to toast the sub on request.
After paying, The poorly made sandwich was so dry and bland, we asked for mustard and was rudely told they would have to charge us.
After reading the other Google reviews when I logged on to make mine. It's clear that this location is a stain on Subways reputation and it is utterly baffling how they are allowed to operate when there are customers being treated like this and requesting change in management.
