This was my second visit and it was just a great as my first trip. The location is clean, smells great, and the service is always friendly. I ordered three dishes today, the Huli Huli Chicken plate, Poke Burrito, and the Dynamite Spicy Shrimp. The huli huli chicjen was super tender, flavorful, aromatic, and the whole mean felt balanced and filling. The seaweed wrapped Poke Burrito was ordered with spicy salmon and lobster surimi that were both flame torched and the flavor popped when my wife bit into the burrito. I had to order the same dish I picked up the first time in the Dynamite shrimp. This dish is ridiculously delicious. The flame charr added to the shrimp, siracha aioli kicks the flavor profile up. This whole meal for the family and I was for sure an A, the price is good for what you get. If you arent sure about poke, stop by so you can try some flame torched proteins to ease you into the...
Read moreFresh poke. Which is really the most important detail. I’ve been twice since they opened and each time the salmon tasted great.
My only two gripes:

If you get a scoop of marinated poke and non-marinated poke, they will add both to the same mixing bowl. Maybe I’m being petty but I’m not sure why I would want to add more sauce to my marinated poke. Shouldn’t it go straight into my bowl?
This has happened twice now. So I’m fairly certain the lady just wasn’t told about this in her training.
Overall the poke is good. We’ll be back, but hoping they’ll fix some of the operational elements to make it a more...
Read moreReally wanted to like this place but it was disappointing. I ordered a spicy ahi tuna bowl with avocado. They forgot the avocado. As well as a Musubi. As someone who lived in Hawaii the whole poke bowl needed to be addressed. You can taste In the rice that it was not rinsed properly or salted. The ahi itself was very dark and did not taste fresh at all. The cucumbers were cut it large circles making bites unsatisfying. The Musubi was okay. Very dry. They need to sauté the spam more to get the right color and find another recipe for the teriyaki because it was off. But as long as you’ve never tasted poke or Musubi from Hawaii or the west coast I’d say this place would be fine. Personally I’d...
