OK so last night we decided we were going to go grab some subway after leaving the park next-door. They were about to close and there is only two people working one guy in the back and a young girl in the front. She was the sweetest thing ever! I wish I could remember her name and I will come back and edit this if I could find the receipt and I wrote her name down on. I will say that she had two tattoos that were outstandingly well done one on each arm and long black hair and a piercing. She was just a bundle of joy and good vibes. My son is a very particular eater and I hate taking him to places where he hast to make decisions about workers on his food because it takes him forever to choose. She was so good with him and had everything done and wrapped and ready to go in minutes I was shocked. The food was probably some of the best I’ve had. She made suggestions on things that went well together that are not on the menu and surprisingly they went very well together I now have a new favorite way to make my sub club. I have not had good experiences with the way restaurants in the past is that the one just right down the road at 1960 and 249 behind the 7-Eleven is probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a fast food place. They were just horrible and it really turned me off from subway as a brand. But this young lady reaffirmed why I originally fell in love with subway so many years ago. To whoever the manager is at the store I just want to say good job. The store was clean the food was fresh everything looked pristine the only problem I saw in the entire store was that it was out of sweet tea and lemonade but that was probably due to the fact that it was the end of the day and it wouldn’t of been worth making another batch when y’all were about to close anyway. However this particular location always messes up your order it's easier for me to order through the app and pickup in store due to work. I could order my sub one way and they'll do it however they want. If I go in store to order they'll get it right since you're standing right there.I'm not sure if it's a language barrier when they receive the orders but they will not add what you requested. For example I ordered a tuna sandwich with American cheese toasted bun, lettuce, spinach,onions, banana peppers, mayo and creamy sriracha. Simple enough but out of the list they didn't toast it, no cheese, no banana peppers, they added tomatoes, no mayo, barley any creamy sriracha and I mean barley any on the sub. Sadly no one seems to care at that location when you have an issue. This isn't the first time it happens every time you order online you best expect to get your order incorrect. Don't get me wrong I love subway but it's something about this location that they don't care. Read moreSo I placed an order at this location while I was shopping at Kroger. When I walked in I heard her say something about an order she forgot about it of course it was mine. First she had to call a manager or something because they were out of Meatballs to make my daughter's meatball sub. I told them to cancel if they could not make it. Her manager told her a way to make the sub without waiting so I said okay. It was only two items I ordered and one of the items was the complete wrong item she gave me I know BLT and BMT may sound similar but it was an online order and the online order said BLT. Unacceptable level of incompetence here it's not like she was busy. I'm Furious but I'm not going back out right now and definitely not going to this location ever again if y'all can't handle two items.
