I understand that finding customer service driven employees are hard to come by. However, I've never felt so unwelcomed in a place in a long time. I pulled into drive thru to place my order. There were a few bees that where lingering around that area so I decided to go in because I didn't want bees in my car. I went inside to a gentleman texting. As I approached the counter I was met with a stale face and a "what can I get you". I gave the gentleman my order and after I told him that there may be a bee nest near your drive thru ordering area because there were a few bees just lingering for some time. His response, "oh" and looked at me like I was stupid. He walked away and went back to text for a few second before making my smoothie. I got my smoothie and thanked him. He said nothing, turned around and walked away. I felt like I was bothering him, as me coming in was some kind of inconvenience, idk, maybe a bad day. All this to say, if you don't get many of drive thrus, it's probably because something is attracting bees to that area. If you don't get much service it's probably because people don't want to get out of their car, or because they are meet with ungrateful employees that could careless to be there. If you don't have paying customers, you don't have a job be appreciative of the people that come to your place of business, they are the reason you are still running. Also, always appreciate feedback especially when it's to enhance your service. Sir, I hope you enjoy your 10% gratuity even though you didn't deserve 1 cent. I hope your day gets better and hopefully you all use this feedback as a training...
Read moreI made the mistake of asking one of the young girls working there which of the smoothies had the LEAST amount of sugar and she said she recommends the MangoFest as it had a very low amount and she regularly recommends it to diabetics. I drank it thinking it was very sweet but took her word for it. When I started feeling sick, I looked up the nutrition facts and almost had a heart attack when I saw that a small has 64g and a medium, which is what I ordered, has 98g!!!!!!! I called back the girl who ordered it to inform her of the sugar and tell her she shouldnât be recommending that to diabetics and she got a sassy attitude and said âwell you ordered a mediumâ and âwhat can I do to make up for itâ. I told her there is nothing she can do now and she shouldnât be telling people it is low in sugar, especially diabetics. If she is going to be making mistakes like that, then they are going to be making negligent mistakes in other areas, perhaps switching peoples drinks and giving the wrong person the wrong drink with the wrong ingredients which can be very bad. Iâm debating whether to ever visit Smoothie King again. These smoothies are not healthy. I am still feeling sick from ingesting...
Read moreSmoothie King is a frequent stop for my family and I every week, but the last time I went I had a very unpleasant experience. I ordered a smoothie but was charged for someone elses order which was double my ticket price. They had no problem redoing the transaction for me. I wanted to make sure I was still getting my rewards points and the cashier said it was no problem. As she was fixing the situation her manager, Elizabeth, came over and asked what the problem was with a very rude attitude. By this time i realized my smoothie was not blended correctly and just asked for a refund because of all the trouble this was creating. Elizabeth refused and said she would only remake it. After waiting an additional 10 min she brings out my correct drink with some "free drink" coupons which turned out to be a bogo for mango drinks only. Normally im in and out in 10 min but this whole ordeal took almost a half hour. If youre going to refuse a refund, mess up my drink, charge me for some! one elses I expect to be taken care of, not given a salty attitude and a coupon for a drink...
