I’m natural and my sis got a pretty lace front so it inspired me to get one. The guy I bought it from wasn’t available to install so in a desperate plea before going out of town I found Koko shop on the 18th. She was the first and the closest in the area I was in so I called for an appmnt which she had available. I paid 150 for an install plus a $25 dollar tip for the last minute scheduling. A week goes by and my lace has shifted and my sis has to reapply glue more upward away from my hair. Not even 2 weeks go bye and the glue is showing through the lace so I take it off today 11 days later, and glue is all over my hair, no stocking was placed on my hair. Being new to this my sis informed me a stocking should’ve been placed as to protect my hair. Glue is smudged throughout the lace of the wig and when asked how to properly remove the glue from my hair I got no response. I’m a little dissatisfied in the promise of having it 1 month, paying such a high cost for a 30 minute job and the lack of follow-up to properly restore my hair. I wouldn’t recommend for...

This was my first time doing business with Koko and I can assure you that it will not be my last. Aside from the fact that I'm convinced that we are related, this was by far one of my best experiences with a professional stylist. Not only was she warm and welcoming, but she was also educational, honest, and truly an advocate for healthy hair. I'm trying to figure out how she doesn't have her own show already. Koko did an excellent job and slayed my hair like no other. She was well worth my commute from Austin to Houston. I can’t wait to have her slay my hair again in the future....
