DO NOT PURCHASE OR WASTE YOUR TIME TO RETURN SHOES AT THIS LOCATION. Bought new Jordanās for a gift, they didnāt fit the recipient. During the process of the return, straight attitude from the young lady at the cashier. Now, this is a Monday evening not really busy but Iām compassionate because I know working retail can be stressful. Young lady didnāt even look at my receipt went straight to the shoes and immediately said no. I asked nicely if she can describe the reasons for it. She stated the shoes had been worn and they were dirty. These shoes could not be resold if another customer came in. Again nicely I asked are we sure of this because these shoes were not even outside they were only tried on and placed back in the box they were too small but they didnāt have the half size up in stock. She asked her manager there to also look at them, who also with an attitude immediately said no. Iām not the kind of person who will stay and have a whole discussion, again Iām a compassionate person for retail employees. However, I did go to another JD location later on and immediately asked for the manger there for a second opinion and explained what happened. Manager there was apologetic for what I went through but needless to say please upgrade the benefits of your employees to have a vision package. Not sure if itās their vision or the lighting there but aside from that no need for the attitude. I will still purchase from JD but will not set foot at this location. FYI some tips if you do purchase from this location - bring your own wipes as the floor itself looked dirty, this will help you not have issues returning because their floor looked dirty itself and bring the person to try the shoes right...

I had a terrible experience at this JD store (now also Finish Line) on Sunday, February 2, 2025, at 5:30 PM. I went to return a pack of socks that I purchased online and had shipped to my home, but the store manager was extremely rude and unprofessional and refused to process my return.
She claimed that online purchases couldnāt be returned in-store because she ācouldnāt include them in her storeās inventory,ā which makes no sense. On top of that, she wrongfully said the item was damaged, when in reality, it was brand new and unusedāthere were just some loose threads inside, which is how they arrived. I asked her to show me the policy stating I couldnāt return them, and she refused.
I called JD Sports and Finish Line customer service, and they confirmed that she was wrongāI was indeed allowed to return the item in-store. I filed a complaint, and they even compensated me with a gift card and a refund for the shipping. Finish Line will also be following up on this issue.
Itās unacceptable to have someone like this representing the company. Her attitude was completely unprofessional, and she clearly didnāt understand or follow the return policy. This location needs better management, and this employee should not be dealing with customers.

I ordered shoes on line at 11am that morning which the option of pick up in store same day. I never received a confirmation email for pickup so I decided to call because Iām familiar with same day pickup no one answered after calling 16 times so I decided to drive to the store to find out if Iām missing information on my order. I informed the employee of my order and showed confirmation number and instead of fulfilling me order she cancelled it which made no sense because I still purchased the shoes in the store! I wasnāt trying to convert an online purchase to store, I was trying to pick up my shoes which no one seemed to fulfill my order. Praying that I wonāt have to order from this location again and if I do Iāll make sure Iām there because it seems like they only wanted to work if you are in their face! I shouldnāt have had to ask about my online order only for her to tell me to cancel over the phone but they still did it...
