During a recent visit to the mall, I was serendipitously drawn to a charming establishment named "Totally Tea," which proved to be an oasis of unparalleled indulgence. My experience here, particularly with their boba tea, transcended any previous encounters with the drink, cementing it as the pinnacle of my boba tea journey. From the moment I stepped into Totally Tea, I was enveloped in an ambiance of warmth and sophistication. The decor, tastefully blending modern chic with a hint of traditional elegance, set the perfect backdrop for what was to come. As I approached the counter, I was greeted by Julianna, whose cordial demeanor and radiant smile immediately bespoke a level of customer service seldom encountered. Upon her expert recommendation, I opted for the house special boba tea. Julianna's adeptness and finesse were evident as she meticulously prepared the drink, her graceful movements and evident passion transforming the act into a veritable performance. Within moments, I was presented with a beverage that was, in itself, a masterpiece. The first sip was a revelation. The tea was brewed to perfection, achieving an impeccable balance of robust and delicate flavors that danced harmoniously on my palate. The milk was exquisitely creamy, adding a luscious depth without overpowering the subtlety of the tea. The boba pearls were the epitome of excellence-each one perfectly chewy and infused with a subtle sweetness that complemented the drink flawlessly. It was clear that every element had been crafted with the utmost care and precision. What truly set this experience apart, however, was the impeccable service. Julianna's attentiveness and genuine enthusiasm for her craft elevated the entire encounter. Her ability to anticipate my needs and her willingness to go above and beyond left a lasting impression. In a world where customer service often feels like an afterthought, Julianna's dedication was a breath of fresh air. The swiftness with which my drink was prepared, coupled with the sheer quality of the ingredients, created an experience that was both indulgent and efficient. It was evident that Totally Tea values not only the product they serve but also the experience they provide to their patrons. In conclusion, my visit to Totally Tea was nothing short of extraordinary. The boba tea, with its sublime flavor and perfect texture, was a testament to the establishment's commitment to excellence. The customer service, epitomized by Julianna's exemplary conduct, transformed a simple purchase into a memorable event. For anyone seeking the zenith of boba tea experiences, Totally Tea is an unmissable destination. 10/10, will recommend until I breathe my...

Negative experience, actually ended up throwing up their powder-sugar-liquid concoction.
The attitude of employees were absolutely nasty, and they were out of multiple things on their menu when we visited. When we picked out a second option, we were told that was out, too. The employee sighed at us, as if we were should already know that they were out of their ingredients. The girl was super unmotivated to be working there and it showed. She was not just over it but she wanted to not be there and she didn't want anybody to be there. Her coworker was just as worse, no eye contact when she finished beverages and just left them on the counter. How am I supposed to know that the drink on the counter was meant for Joe instead of me??? Drinks were not labeled and they were disgusting colored sugar liquid. I don't know where they supply their ingredients, but it's cheap colored sugar with no actual flavor except sweet. Their menu is sloppy. What is in the 'Double Trouble'? What is a "Woweeee Lemonade'? "The classic" the classic of what? There are no descriptions. Nobody should be consuming their radioactive coloured liquid. More over, their images do not line up. The logos on their cups are facing in all sorts of directions.
It's all just horribly marketed. They're named "Totally Tea" but there was absolutely no tea in anything they served. It's all powder. A slushie and a smoothie is two different things and the term is not interchangable.
Other reviews have mentioned that they threw up after consuming their drink...guess who also threw up? A bad experience from...
Read moreFirst, I decided to give this place a try because it has a perfect 5 star rating. They have a sign up says, if u give them a 5 star rating u can get a free scoop of boba. I ordered mine, and they say for the drinks I ordered that they usually put 2 scoops. So plus the extra, I should get 3. And I thought that's fine. A large Boba on their menu would be 5.50 but it turned out to be 7. After I paid, they finally let me know that they charged extra for 2 scoops the employees they normally would put in a drink. ITS NOT STATED ON THE MENU!! Besides why would I buy boba tea wouldn't have boba in them, but I don't give a #@% if they stated on their menu their pricing varies from how manys scoops of boba were added, but they DON'T. If u are going to order from them, be prepared to be overcharge without knowing. If a drink is going to be 6.50, just put 6.50. I always like to check around boba shops in different areas I went, I've seen shops charge extra for tapocia. They LET ME KNOW. And I would happily pay an extra 50 cents for the...
