Anyone searching for an exceptional chiropractor in Houston should look no further. My experience with attending dr. Jackie’s office has been transformative.
Initially, I was looking for a chiropractor because I wanted to make sure my body was capable of managing strenuous exercise without getting hurt. I desperately needed the care because when I first had my scans done, They revealed that my pelvis had some torsion and my spine had two abnormal curves. And that indeed wouldn’t have ended well for me should I have gone forth exercising with an unaligned or weak trunk because, essentially, That is what the spine acts like for a human.
In the three-year timeframe that I have been attending Dr. Jackie's practice, I have most definitely seen improvements in my physical, energetic, and mental health.
•physically, my spine is in proper alignment, my mobility increased, my posture is better, and my breath has deepened. (my most recent scans no longer show any significant abnormalities with my pelvis and spine.) •energetically, I feel that It’s helped me release lots of heavy energy from my body. (heavy energy like fear, anger, and anxiety.) •mentally, I feel like my focus has improved (albeit this is a more recent observation because I feel Dr.Jackie has targeted the upper portion of the spine as of late.)
One fascinating thing about Dr. Jackie’s practice is that this is not the expected traditional chiropractic experience. Her approach is somewhat unconventional; she has helped heal my spine with only light touch and breathwork. Which threw my expectations for a loop because I was expecting the forceful twists and snaps like the ones you see on the internet when people share their chiropractic videos; however, I will say her technique is just as effective. And I genuinely feel that when you are consistent with the care, the healing builds on itself. I can only speak for myself when I say that my experience has been “transformative.” Still, I’m sure other patients would agree that there are benefits to her care. Also, I would like to add that the energy always feels welcoming whenever you walk in. Rachel and Alyssa (Dr.Jackie’s aides) always greet you with a warm smile and are ready to help with any question you might have, and I always feel revitalized after each adjustment by Dr.Jackie.
In conclusion, I highly recommend innate chiropractic to anyone seeking treatment for their spine because everything about this place is just...
Read moreI’m so grateful to have met Dr. Jackie. I am a radiologist and many of my colleagues have undergone spine surgery from years and years of rotating and straining their necks and backs at computer screens for hours on end. I did not want to follow their fates.
When I started to experience symptoms of arm weakness, and imaging tests showed significant degenerative change in my cervical spine with reversed curvature, I first got treatment from multiple chiropractors who focused on forceful traction and adjustments. Despite all the efforts, I got partial results that did not last.
In stark contrast, Dr. Jackie’s treatment style is not about painful pulling and popping, but gentle adjustments reminding the body of itself, releasing from within, and trusting the body to have the ability to heal itself.
I have to admit, I was not sure at first how such seemingly simple movements could make a real difference. But after only 11 sessions, my symptoms have resolved! Throughout the day, I am so much more aware of my body, my stress, my movements, my tensions, and my habits. That awareness alone has allowed me to make subtle yet powerful shifts in both my body and my mind that have made all the difference.
I’ve also had a bonus result. Since my initial consultation, I have experienced a major life stressor that has been incredibly challenging. I’m usually a great sleeper but have been waking up at night. Dr. Jackie recommended a natural sleep supplement yesterday, and I slept through the night and woke up feeling rested this morning. I am blown away.
I could not be more grateful to my sister who recommended Dr. Jackie to me. Many thanks also to the Innate team including Alyssa and Gisell.

Read moreJackie is currently the only network practitioner in Houston. I have been seeing her for years with consistent satisfaction in her help. She is totally gentle. She teaches the muscles to hold the bones in place so that the body can experience deep healing. Visiting her is deeply peaceful. I arrived ten days ago in pain after an incident. My pain was reduced significantly and has now almost disappeared. Next week I will return to my maintenance schedule.
It is now Oct 4. I have been seeing Jackie regularly, including this morning. As always, I feel better after seeing her, and, overall, I feel much better than I did a couple of months ago. Besides, Jackie is always so warm and welcoming to everyone. Yea Jackie!
It is now Oct 12, a bit more than a year later. I continue on a maintenance schedule. I know that this will prevent any untoward problems in my physiology. I recommend that everyone, even those in good health, should see Jackie at least every two or three months. I say this because otherwise it is possible for some small distress to go unnoticed and to gradually become a problem. By seeing such a practitioner regularly, you will avoid any such problem and continue in your present healthy state. If, on the other hand, your physiology is not at its best, you will find that weekly visits will correct your condition. You may feel at first as if you have reached a plateau, in which case, after remaining the same for two weeks or more, the cumulative effects of her training will result in a noticeable improvement. That is what she was doing during the "plateau"--she was training your muscles to hold your posture in a healthy stance. Any other treatment you may be undergoing will be enhanced by the effect of...
