Memorial Park, with the exception of the Tennis Center, is amazing. Beautiful. Relaxing. One of a kind. However, the Tennis Center, it's management, it's staff... ALL OF THE TENNIS CENTER needs a major overhaul. The staff is horrible, first and foremost. The building is outdated, rundown and is borderline disgusting. Again, first and foremost, the staff is TRASH. It is now 8:02am and the doors still remain locked. There is, on top of a college Tennis team waiting, 20 people outside the doors. Most whom have reservations. Not to mention the nearly 20-30 people that have made an attempt to enter the center just to find a locked door and then to walk away....

When we walked in there was no one in the office and because these are tennis courts at a public park we just assumed this was free to the public. On our way out the older man asked us if we just used the courts to which we told him yes and he started to yelling at us telling us they are not free.
I said "I'm sorry, we weren't aware. How much do we owe you?" To which he CONTINUED TO YELL at us in such a rude tone.
We had no issue paying the FOUR dollars, we just weren't originally aware. Don't know how this man is able to continue working this job when he treats...

Upon entering we were rudely confronted by the man who sits at the front desk with a large amount of attitude asking where we thought we were going. We thought the tennis courts were open to use as this was our first time here. This worker basically tells us that we have no business being here as he has a tennis tournament going on today.
