Memorial Park Sports Complex — Local services in Houston

They spent millions of dollars, started charging for parking; have completely neglected the swimming pool for at least the last 5 years, have left the water slide broken for years and years, imposed excessive restrictions on what you can do in and around the pool, and roped off virtually half of the pool to prohibit its use, which collectively has caused most people to stop going to the pool. The only changes I've seen is a path goes left instead of going right. When are they going to make a change that makes a difference to the people using the park. Why isn't there a place where a family could rent and go horseback riding? The park extends all the way to Buffalo Bayou but if you go back that far it's trashed. Why don't they clean the border with Buffalo Bayou up and rent kayaks...
