I was excited about this store’s opening, but after visiting at least seven times, I’m consistently disappointed. I’m never greeted, and it takes several minutes to get assistance.

On my last visit, I stopped by for a quick gift during my lunch break, but it turned into a 45-minute ordeal. The associate struggled to find the shoes, then told me a pair on display wasn’t actually available for purchase. I settled for whatever was in stock and repeatedly asked for a gift receipt—only for him to forget by the time he rang me up, claiming he couldn’t print it afterward.

To top it off, he was on his phone the entire time. Honestly, it feels like every employee is glued to their screen and only springs into action when a customer finally interrupts them. I’m highly disappointed with the service at...

Erick is the best manager there! He was able to help me and answer all my questions. He didn’t have to spend the time that he did on helping me make a decision but he did anyways!!!
