I definitely won’t be paying patronizing this location ever again. They don’t take the time to update their app. I walk in their store and their case has no fresh items or desserts in it. The app said that they had cookies and is actively advertising them as a new item. Yet when I placed my order And went to pick up my order, she told me there is no cookies and quickly canceled my order.

Then told me I could order my drink. Since this is an issue on their end, and the resolution was just for me to order another drink. I just walked out. However, tip from a small business owner… This was 100% your fault for not updating your stock in inventory on the app, I shouldn’t be penalized for that or inconvenienced. If it were me, I would’ve offered a free drink as a token of my apology. Yet your understaffed location decided to just let me walk away with a simple “sorry”. I’ll take my money elsewhere and the million other boba places there...

Love! We have tried so many of the drinks and all were a hit with the family. Mango Yogurt is a repeat fav for my older daughter. We loved loved the dirty Brown sugar milk tea. We also tried out the strawberry creme brûlée latte this time and loved it. Especially liked watching them torch the crème. I’m always surprised at how fast the service is. They do have a mobile app which is nice for helping create your order but they are so quick you probably don’t want to order unless you’re in the parking lot already. Happy to have them in...
