Customers beware. This place does not exchange or return products and best of all they don’t inform the customer. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars in products and was not informed once of their return policy. My hairstylist was not even aware. Don’t buy Kevin Murphy from them. My products were in poor condition, probably old, texture of shampoo was like cottage cheese. Most of all don’t deal with Jewel. She’s passive aggressive and not at all kind. You can purchase Kevin Murphy directly from them online with no problems for returns. You can even get them on Amazon and they are returnable. Don’t loose your money like I did!!!!

There is a second part to this incident…. On the same day that I posted this review with my only purpose to be transparent about what had just happened to me. With that same purpose in mind I want to share what happened on that same day. I received a phone call from Kimberly who responded to my post. She was very transparent and fair about this incident. She was very clear on their no return policy for Kevin Murphy products, however, she admitted that it needed to be made clear to the customer, and that would be rectified. She was very honest and understanding, which I really appreciated. We were able to resolve the problem. She was kind enough to exchange the products that I had brought to the salon, and understood that the shampoo was not exactly a good batch. She also was clear on how her staff should have handled the situation. Needless to say that I was appreciative and honestly impressed with her professionalism. It took the sour taste that I had left with. I give her credit for working with me and rectifying the situation. I have been using Jentry Kelley for a few years now. I really enjoy the skincare line and the sunscreen as these products do not cause my rosacea to flair up. I was so excited to hear about a new line of lip oil which was being released. It was teased on her Instagram posts and I was patiently waiting for their release. They are now available and they are definitely worth the wait! I stopped by the Houston Central location and was promptly greeted by Jaeda when entering the store. She showed me the available shades. I purchased Baby Lips, Love Bunny, and Leaf It to me. This product is everything I hoped it would be! I have been looking for a lip product which I could use to keep my lips from being dry and would provide some color and not be too much fuss. I have tried so many things - lip sticks and lip gloss which felt very sticky to me. They usually just end up lying around until I eventually throw them out. The lip oil felt very nice and I found myself wanting to use it. It provides a nice amount of shine and gives a nice subtle boost to your appearance. I will definitely be keeping this as part of my daily routine. I highly recommend taking a look at Jentry’s Instagram post where she tries on each lip oil so that you can get an idea of which shade looks like.
