I went through the drive-through, and I ordered a number one no meat, no onions. The drive-through attendant asked with an attitude.ā Do you want bread?!ā I repeated the order again, may I please have a number one no meat, no onions. The drive through attendant screams ādo you want bread?!ā I drove to the window and drive thru attendant asked āare you the one that placed the order with no meat?ā I replied yes she asked again do you want bread?! I repeated my order again! I would like a number one no, meat and no onion. She walks off and get someone else to take my payment. I had to clock in at 3 oāclock and after arro in the drive thru at 2:41 waiting in the driveway for five minutes I proceeded to drive off. Christina K was giving an order to someone else, and she screams as Iām driving off ā youāre leaving your food!ā. As I crossed the street, I heard her scream. ā STUPID!ā. I made the block. I turned my shirt inside out so it would not cause issues at my job, and went back into the store. I almost acted a fool, but thought better of it. I asked the manager to come and speak with me outside and I explained to him what happened. This is not the first time Iāve had service issues with this location. Last month I waited in the drive-thru 10 minutes. When I received my order took a bite BEFORE I left the drive thru and it was COLD! I went in the and there was 8 people in the kitchen playing around. I went to work hungry. They never contacted me to make it right. I am a big fan of Whataburger and have been since I was a little girl. It was also my first job, so I know the expectation of customer service as well as qualities that should be served with the food. Iāve had two issues in the last month at this location. And I have not received a phone call from management nor did I receive compensation from my last issue. Mohammed apologize profusely for the service that I received and also quickly remade my food for me. He did not offer a refund. I called back and requested him to give me a refund. When I did not see it on my card, I called him back and asked him if he refunded the money back to my card. He said well did you check to see if I issued the refund? I told him that it seems as though they like talking down to people at this location. If Iām calling and asking you if you issued the refund clearly I donāt see it. The issue that I had in June was another service issue. There was 8 to 10 people in the kitchen and the line was long inside and outside. When I walked inside they were doing a lot of talking and shooting the breeze and not getting the orders out. Hurts to say it but I am no longer a Whataburger customer. I paid the same price. Have some respect and don't treat your employees to a GUESTS face like that..just how degraded she felt and I wanted have worried about it but just to ask for one sauce and don't get me started on the Jalapeños. Ur an impitamy to Whataburger everywhere. We in TX had other states begging for a job like u have and well tbh (Had) never wish but maybe u need a downer in life bc ur highly recommend payment and down right wrong thing to do when u delivered food to a table and stared me down like a dog while I ate. I won't be coming back to handle it the way I should've but y stoop down to ur worthless Title of a boss...God forbidden u had a real title like a Father,Husband,SON geez man. It's been about a call of weeks and I finally got this out...and corporate heard about it to when I left with a dirty table after that but u probably made her clean it!! Let me Find Out!! We came in and my husband had asked the woman taking our order(Kourtney) what was on a burger he wanted to try and she simply told him āIām not too sure, Iām newā and he had told her itās because he didnāt want onions. There was a girl next to her(Demonii), she said āthen just say no onionsā with an attitude and so he ordered the sandwich with no onions after not being told what exactly came on it and it ended up having mustard on it which he also doesnāt like. So I took the sandwich to the front to ask for another, and Demonii was at the register and completely ignored me. Someone came in and she asked if he was ready to order and he said yes and she told him she could help him at the exact register I was standing in front of, pretending I didnāt exist. Kourtney asked me if there was anything wrong and I said āyes, my husband didnāt know there was mustard on it, could we possibly get another?ā I told her Iād pay for it if it was an issue and she was like āDonāt worry about it, Iāll have them fix itā. How hard is that??? It took 2 seconds to acknowledge me and help me out with kindness. She had the sandwich fixed and within 2 minutes, I was out of her hair. Kourtney will go places if she keeps up her customer service skills. Demonii, well, I hope her life gets better and she heals from whatever sheās dealing with and learns to be kind in the process. The environment was not very clean, soda all over the counter, wrappers on the floor. All of it cost me my appetite and I didnāt even touch my burger. What a waste of time and energy.
