Great stay! My wife and I were here for a year. We couldn’t have better things to say about the unit. Jake the landlord and Kim the property manager were always there for us when we needed them. The unit is very clean and came fully stocked with cookware, coffee machine, dish wear. Both bed rooms had king beds and huge TVs. There is a communal courtyard in back with outdoor furniture to relax and enjoy the beautiful Texas weather. Montrose is the best! Walking distance to tons of great restaurant and shopping, it has everything you need! The neighborhood is very quiet and tons of off street parking. Over the year my wife and I had never had an issue being able to park in front of the unit. The beds are extremely comfortable, soft sheets and pillows. We will miss Montrose and our stay here at Jake’s unit, we couldn’t have asked for a better year. When we come back to Houston we won’t want to stay elsewhere, this place...

My husband and I have lived in one of Jake’s properties for the last year and couldn’t be happier with the experience. Jake and his property manager, Kim, are incredibly responsive to messages and were quick to fix any small things that came up. The unit itself is beautiful - clean, simple, comfy furniture, and of course the king beds! It has been a perfect rental for me since I work in the medical district, only takes me about 15 minutes to get to work. Wonderful neighborhood with lots of great restaurants within walking distance or a short drive.
