This is my first and last time ordering pizza from here. Did delivery driver came to my house and he had my pizza just sitting on the backseat not inside of a hot bag. Then when I called to the store, the girl who answered the phone is very nonchalant and rude. When you have a customer come in the store and you on the phone with the customer it is polite to ask someone to hold on not just put the phone down and start helping a customer in the store without acknowledging the fact that you have a customer came in to the customer on the phone. There is nothing. Anyone can do to get me to come back in order pizza from the store their attitude and their service make them out to be very nasty displeasing people.
9/5/2024 I tried to call Pizza Hut this morning when they open so I can speak with the manager about my supposed to be store credit for the last order because they said they’ve been using DoorDash for delivery. Well, the first time I call someone picks up. Don’t say anything and then hangs up. Then I called six more times and they don’t answer at all. I am 100% done with Pizza Hut. I will never order from Pizza Hut ever again. They are very disrespectful unprofessional and very ghetto. It doesn’t matter what part of Houston you at? Read moreMakin a 2nd review from another account because i want to edit my previous review under my Kylo ella account i actually did end up getting my order at 12:48 almost 1am i want to take back my statement about the lazy staff but still backing up my statement about poor management, when i talked to the manager he didn't want to let me talk and he was just in a rush to get me off the phone when the delivery driver finally showed up with my food he apologized and explained he was the only delivery driver and had 5 more orders before mine he actually ended up listening to my complaints more than the manager john did! I dont see who made the choice to schedule ONE delivery driver on a SATURDAY night like i said thats just poor management common sense to schedule more staff on the weekends. Im not sure how you end up with one driver at the end of the shift unless they sent people home early to keep their labor in check. Manager needs to take a sensitivity class or something cause i waited almost 3 hours for one order and the best he could do was take 3 dollars off my order? Thats ridiculous! Do better dude. I work fast food and im a manager of a store also trust me if it was me i would've actually listened to my customers complaints 3 hours for wings...
Read morePlaced an order at 10pm called the store at 11:30 to check on the order and they told me the order was cancelled even though i never cancelled the order, i was on the phone for about 30 minutes before i finally got in touch with the manager of the store john, he told me he was remaking my order and that it would be delivered within 10-15 minutes since i stay close by the store its 12:30 right now and still no ones delivered my order, i dont have a car so its not like i can just go somewhere else thats the whole reason why i ordered pizza TO HAVE IT DELIVERED. Im guessing im not gonna get my order since its after 12:30 already. Horrible customer service horrible management and if i could i would rate this store zero stars as well like another girl stated on here also in pretty sure all the good reviews on this store are literally just members of management trying to bring their rating up.
