I went with my wife to this place and in the beginning, the lady was friendly. Once I told her it was our 1st time coming here. She smiled and went out of her way to provide us with some free samples and educating us on the different flavors vs the different types of yogurts she had to offer.
However, after the 2nd sample she askes my wife, "Do you believe in Jesus Christ?". My wife, who is Vietnamese responded politely and told the lady that her religion is Buddhism. The lady immediately told my wife that she needs to believe in "Jesus Christ" if not she's going to "Hell". We were shocked, last time I checked, we walked into a yogurt place. Read moreOkay so I came to this place for the first time a month ago. My co-worker said to buy some yogurt for her. I waited patiently in line until I was called. I was asked if it was going to be for here or to go, I responded to go. So I told the lady 2 small and 1 medium strawberry yogurts with extra bananas and strawberry, add pecans, honey, granola, and mango. I even told her slowly and repeated it 2 times. And she stood there stupidly telling me that I was wrong that I had told her all medium and waiting for me to tell her that it was okay just give me all medium. No ma'am. Then she was exchanging glances with her co-worker. So at the end she gave me what I have been telling her since the beginning. Also she didn't want to put a lid on the cups. I told her that she needed to put lids on it, but I guess in that store the customer is never right.
Haha. That was my first and...

When I ordered my frozen yogurt she asked if I wanted with everything told her yes and to add granola; they have always charged extra for that I don’t mind. The lady asked me if I wanted honey told her yes; then she tells me is extra. Are you serious extra for honey? As I sat to wait on my ice cream , reviewed at their menu if they put up the honey is extra she said no. Like anyone can charge extra for everything, next thing you know they will charge the coconut, raisins and fruit separately. If you guys are going up on prices make sure you add them...
