I have been having so many problems with this dealership that I had to go to the hospital. They have scammed me out of thousands of dollars while I’m a single widow and mother. I have been in communication with the owner and they have treated me like I’m just another person they can scam and get away with it. I was told by the owner to give him $500 and I did just that. After that David told me he had 2 customers to deal with so I sat and waited over an hour before being told to come back tomorrow (1-14-2025). I called multiple times there was no answer. I came back and was given the run around and was told to go to the 411 Spencer Hwy location. David is at the Gulf Freeway location. The owner told him and I the day before how much I needed to bring and that I was blessed after crying so hard because George laughed in my face when telling me that he sold the truck I was paying on and threw my belongings away. The office clerks laughed on the phone when I called crying while loosing my grandmother due to cancer that I was taking care of at the time they decided to take my vehicle due to “no insurance” which the owner later found out that I in fact did have insurance. They are lying about everything that they say. They only want to scam people out of money and don’t care for anything but money. I will be taking legal action against this company they have been doing this for too many years and we all know it. We support them from them being in our neighborhood but they can care less about any of us. Just doing a review isn’t going to work with them they have to be taken to court. Mario’s You Can Not Sell Lemon Cars to Our Community and Think Everyone is Going to Take This kind of treatment. Then to pay so much money just to be out of a vehicle and work due to greed is absurd. You have wasted my time, money, and I missed the passing of my grandmother who i was taking care of during her transitioning stage. I Will Not Be Another One Of Your Victims. There is way more I can say but you have said and done so much wrong to me that it is unacceptable. I don’t know how the city is letting this happen but we will get to the bottom of the problem. To get thousands of dollars and then try to resale a person vehicle is ridiculous. That Lemon car you sold me is also unacceptable and you know it. IT WAS NOT A TRADE IN! IT WAS A LEMON VEHICLE JUST LIKE THE REST OF THE VEHICLES ON THE LOT. Be AWARE!!! Everything That Look Good and Sounds Good Is NOT. It’s up to the community to stop doing business with these scammers. I in fact did have full coverage insurance and the owner saw the proof and also the insurance company told George at the 411 Spencer Hwy location that my insurance was active at the time when George lied and said I didn’t...
Read moreI would give it no star but due to the fact when I first got the vehicle everything was great until 2 day of having it when the check engine light came on and the tires shook very hard. Took the car to see why the check engine light was on and was told that the catalyst converter and o2 sensor was out. 🤔 I told the manager what I was told about the problem o was having and he said that it wasn’t something major I had to worry about it was a simple fix. As for the tires I had to get a new tire because I had a blow out after being told that the tires were brand new and in good shape which just from looking at them in a standing position they did appear to be. On top of that only to have them pick the car up while I was at work. That left me trying to figure out if the car was stolen and I’m the pouring rain with my purse and other belongings in the car. When I called to ask why I was told because I was behind but if I make an arrangement on a specific date to make the payment and be told ok I’ll make notation on the account and then be told that there was no notation of that being made. That makes me wonder do they really care about their customers. I asked the poor lady that got the worst end of my anger what I had to do to get it back and was told the manager was either running errands in a meeting or out of the office. Why give someone the run around if they’re trying to get a vehicle back that could have been due to a miscommunication error? It really seems like the manager just didn’t want to talk about any options on getting the car back. She stated that I would receive a certified letter stating what I had to do to get it back from their finance company. I thought you guys were the finance company at least that’s what it say for the lien holder. If you guys go through a third party finance company shouldn’t they be the lien holder? With that all being said if you do which I strongly suggest you don’t, get a vehicle from here! They are very nice in the beginning but after about a week or so it’s completely different. Wait until after the first month to leave a review that give you time to see if you’ll have any problems with...
