Their accessibility guide website gives a misleading impression that everything will go smoothly, but in reality, there are no proper regulations or clear structure in place.

It is chaotic from the start not only is it frustrating but also not acceptable.

While the venue technically offers disabled parking it is extremely limited.(blue lot)

Once parked, the situation doesn’t improve: *no designated ADA entrance line *no ADA check-in station *and no ADA wristband system to identify individuals who may need additional support inside. “designated accessibility” areas get easily abused and overtaken by people since there is no regulation.

When I attempted to use the elevators marked for “accessibility ” access, the space was easily overtaken due to the staff not having a clear system in place. When I explained to a staff member that I have limited ability to stand, she proceeded to let her friends cut the line, even though I had been patiently waiting in the crowded area for over 30 minutes. At one point I had to show my medication so I wouldn’t be removed from the “ADA” elevator since people kept forcing themselves inside.

I’ve attended major festivals like Electric Daisy Carnival—one of the largest in the world—and even they have clear systems in place for ADA accessibility.
