One Medical Primary Care Clinic - Upper Kirby — Local services in Houston

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED I could not get an appointment with my General Practice doctor until 2 months later for a illness I am experiencing today. I decided to give One Medical (on Kirby) a try and was able to get an appointment to see Dr. John Ma the same morning! He diligently logged my medical history, thoroughly checked my vitals and tested me for flu, strep and COVID. More importantly, I appreciate that he answered all my questions and explained what he did along the way, which is an attribute that I do not see in most medical providers. My prescription was sent to the phamarcy of choice. By the time I pulled out of the parking garage, I had already received notice my my prescriptions were ready for pick-up!

Overall, very good experience and service from all the providers and front desk. I’ve been a One Medical client for years in other cities including New York and Atlanta. I did experience some long waits at certain points but I was appreciative of the time spent with the doctor. I appreciate the convenience and care offered by One Medical. I will continue to visit this location!

All staff were very courteous and happy to serve. Lab locations are convenient, particularly one near home. Recent telemedicine interviews relieved driving needs and during cold weather when all facilities had to close.

Orthopedic telemedicine interview confirmed golf exercise program as good, but to call if in need of a physical therapist. I did not have to drive from the Galleria area into the Texas Medical Center.
