When I arrived the building was closed, a homeless person was sleeping near the entrance, I asked my Uber driver to let me off in front of the building where it felt safer he did I walked to a nearby gas station had to purchase something to stay inside, the gentleman was very kind. Houston Federal Credit Union is the most inefficient financial institution I have ever seen. Worst than Wells Fargo bank. They are dubious in their dealings. This dubious institution, received my payment, told me they never received my cheque, I gave them another cheque and they promised to return the first cheque.Hold and behold, they cashed both cheques, went into my savings account and took out the same payment and reported me to the credit bureau that I defaulted on my payment. I think 💬🤔 of why not one lawyer wants to help me. And keeps pushing me away, guess it's time to go back to the one's who first 🥇 offered their help to me.
