April 2019 They are so welcoming and every staff member was great to us! They gave the ladies a rose at the consultation which was a kind gesture and I always have noticed there being cookies for the guests and patients! Dr. Paige is phenomenal and answered all our questions while making us feel at ease! The office is always very clean, has arcade games to play while waiting, and we love the modern retro feel with the turquoise, white, and black. All in all we love visiting and couldn't be happier with with our choice of using Paige Orthodontics!
*Update (2025)- 6 years later and we had to go through the whole process again. No cookies anymore, no roses, and I am regretfully noticing that the more this business is growing there is a lack in that customer service that there once was mentioned before. Example: 1/29/25 went in for what was supposed to be our final visit contractually. I went in and the tech said essentially that Dr. Paige would come chat with us and let us know what the plan is. About 30 mins later our girl comes to get me and says she's done. We walk over and the tech says Dr. Paige says it will be two more visits and then she will get them off. Oh okay so like two months, no problem. The lady at front desk then says okay next appt will be in April. Wait? What.....? She then says if you have questions you need to ask the doctor... Okay well I thought I was supposed to talk to the doctor when he spoke to our child but okay well if you get him I'm happy to ask. She walks to the back and gets another woman and walks back. I was told the doctor is busy and it's just two more visits. Mind you I have already paid to the end of my contract so I don't care financially if the child has to wear the braces another 10 years. So I just said okay well you didn't have to get someone else to tell me two visits but might you be able to tell me if this first appointment is 4 months out how far out will the next appointment be? They both replied and said they don't know and we won't know until the next appointment. So we don't know when the braces will be off? No idea at all? They both just said that will depend on the doctor but he's busy right now. Okay I understand but he also just talked to the child at the chair when I asked to be in on that chat and nobody came to get me, why? The contract states 23 months but now we will be exceeding that which okay find but nobody can tell me how long? Side note: as well I do not know how to do their job so I am merely asking for the knowledge to gather a timeframe I'm not expecting an exact date just a guesstimate would have been sufficient. Then one of the younger front desk agents started getting snotty and said well actually your appointment is only 2 months away. I informed her politely that we are in month 1 (January) and she is scheduling us back for month 4 (April) that is 4 months away. Even if January was already complete it's still 3 months at best but this was not about who is right it's about just giving me an estimate of time. To which nobody had an answer and just kept repeating two more visits. After being told this 3 or more times I said okay that's fine I don't need to hear it again just schedule it then and I'll be sure I'm there to talk to the doctor when he comes to the chair that time since they don't come get you when you ask. They both then got snappy and rambled on about how they are sorry that happened and I just frankly said I don't want to hear it please let's just schedule this so I can be done here. What I fear has happened is that as this company has grown and as they have gained clients and more techs and front desk staff the doctor has taken a back seat. He's letting them handle everything, and it's sad to see when just a simple chat from him would have sufficed here. I imagine as this business continues to grow this issue will continue to happen and it definitely leaves a bad taste in my mouth based off the company I was first was introduced to...
Read moreI highly recommend this office for your orthodontic needs!! You will find a caring, compassionate staff and a wonderful experience overall!! My son had a consult with Dr. Paige almost a year ago. Due to dental coverage changes I was not able to get his braces right away. Over the course of the next 5-8 months Marissa (their care plan representative) called and followed up with me sever times to see how my son was and see if we were ready to get started on his braces. She worked with me and was patient with my lapse in dental coverage. Marissa was very detailed and worked out a payment plan that was affordable for my budget. THIS is primary reason why I chose Paige orthodontics as my sons place of treatment. If they care enough to take the time to follow up over the phone then the care MUST be spectacular! I have also had several co-workers tell me they have used this office for orthodontics and how wonderful they are. Today-Halloween day my son got his braces on and he was so proud and happy to get them! He didnt care too much that he would not be able to eat a ton of candy he was just so happy to finally have his braces! I can not rave enough about how wonderful the staff is in this office. Teresa was my sons nurse and she helped him feel comfortable and explained everything to him that would be happening to ease his mind from the beginning of the appt to the end. Dr Paige is super caring for his patients and his staff and it definitely reflects in the service that you receive. They do...
Read moreMoving is stressful but moving from GA to TX was a new level of stress. On top of everything, we had to find a new orthodontist to continue JC's Invisalign treatment. We were looking for a top 1% provider in the Humble, TX area. I called one office and wasn't impressed. I called Paige Orthodontics and everyone I ended up speaking with was awesome! They were polite and patient. They explained everything they needed from me upfront so the transition would be seamless.
Dr. Paige initiated a consultation with our orthodontist in Ga to familiarize himself with JC's case. The day before our appt Dr. Paige (not his office or asst) called to welcome us and to go over a few details to prepare for the appt. Talk about grey customer service!!
Today we arrived and the ladies at the front desk were very nice. The wait for JC to be seen was minimal. Te kids were already happy the location wasn't far and they had games!! As JC was getting exists completed, I was taking notice of how clean and organized the office is.
I was called back by the treatment consultant and Shelli was super nice. She handled all the leg work on contacting the GA office to get the Invisalign trays transferred. She also made it a point to explain the insurance details....which are always confusing but I had. Clear understanding in the end.
Ok back to Dr. Paige. He was very easy to talk to and seems like a genuinely nice guy...professional but warm and not robotic. I think we are going to...
