Behind in times but definitely a lovely town. Although, management ain't quite like they use to be. Which me rating them a two is in away I'm considering things are just done differ in the country though my thought is that things should run and be more smoother compared to being out in the city this place seemed to have been moving so slow when visiting and when I did have my first concern with the app which was in a way small though needed a quick fix. For me to have all of what I need to have to verify purchase and having to contact someone over the phone. I don't understand how come these business will hire people to manage and run a whole restaurant but when it comes to make a simple decision especially over a simple meal then what in the you know what are we even doing I can imagine there has to be a lot of frustrated customers looking for other places to eat with better service I would absolutely love to speak to area general manager As you will see that I end up rating the other restaurant because I ended up checking to see if the experience would be the same and omg I am kind of thinking it just might be a business country I can't make a decision thing. And ain't no one speaking up. Read moreFirst and last time to eat here. They have been open less than a year so expected a better experience Seemed to be short staffed so I anticipated service to be slow. If that was my only observation I would be able to write a better review. However my disappointment started with the drinks. My husband ordered regular coffee and I asked for decaf. But when the server brought our cups she poured both coffees from the same pot. So I asked if it was decaf and she apologized and quickly returned with another cup of coffee. I was okay with that, thinking that anyone could make a mistake, especially being short staffed and having to wait on so many people. Then when she took my order, I noticed she didn’t write anything down. I ordered the Build Your Own Omelette with cheese, bacon, peppers & onions, mushrooms, tomatoes, and salsa. I didn’t time how long it took to get our food but it did seem like an unusually long wait. When she brought it, the first thing I noticed was no salsa, but she had to make a few trips to complete our party of four order so I patiently waited until she was finished. I had to ask for the salsa, thinking all the veggies were inside. After getting the salsa and cutting into the omelette, I saw that there were no tomatoes, or peppers & onions. By this time I was tired of having to ask for anything else and having to wait for it so just finished my meal before it got cold snd then left. Read moreIt started with a door dash order. I usually do not use door dash and felt like trying it out and eating breakfast in bed. When received 1 of the entees was completely the wrong item. My fiance got what looked like an omelet with bacon, tomato, and some other meat. I had to drive to the restaurant ask nicely for my order to be remade cause it was cold by the time I got to the restaurant. Now common sense would say to expedite this order since it was a return and through doordash meaning we payed the driver for nothing since I still had to go in person to get my order. I waited 30 mins for my reorder so I'm sure they put me in the "queue" as a regular sit down customer instead of expedited service for their mess up. Not only that but once I got home the ham and cheese omelet we got barely had any ham. And my fiance placed her hashbrown in a way to tell if they remade it or just gave back the same food. Of course they gave the same food back. That means they took 30 mins to make 1 measly omelet with barely any ham on it. I've never been disrespected so much as a customer than in this restaurant. I was not rude in any way even when I talked to the manager. The manager gave me his number and tried to do something for me but my food was getting cold again so I just left.
