My son really enjoyed his birthday party so I'm not knocking the facility. Just a few things I wish I would have known beforehand. I brought in a case of waters and a case of juice boxes. I assumed they would put them out on the tables for the kids. They were not out on the tables when I went in about 10 minutes before the kids were to come in for pizza and cake. I had dropped off balloons for the tables. These were not in the room when I came in about 10 minutes before the kids. When I asked where they were - I was told "I don't know". Well - I didn't know either because I handed them to one of the employees when we walked in. They went to get them when I asked and they were very tangled, which yes they were probably like that when I brought them in, BUT I was busy speaking with guests and honestly forgot about them. I told them I wish that someone would have told me "hey you need to untangle your balloons" because they told me if they came in that way they weren't going to untangle them for me. That's understandable - I would have done it, but I honestly didn't remember. Also I handed out all the drinks as well as delivered cake to all the guests. I was under the impression that I would get to sit back and just watch which was not the case. We had a lot of boys at the party so there needed to be another host in our room. Ours did fine, but we needed another to help her. It was not a relaxing party for me. First the drinks hadn't been placed on the table and Second the balloons were not in the room at all and then I was working the entire time. I just expected a lot more for how much the party cost. Also don't do the glow package. It's $40 for glow bracelets that you can buy for super cheap and just bring them in yourself.
Like I said my son enjoyed his party so that's great, but as for the person that paid for it we will not have...
Read moreI went to a birthday party here on Saturday and I was very disappointed. My son slide down the slide an scrapped his arm badly. At first I thought It was an isolated incident. However; as I was going to get him a bandaid and ice for the scrape, here comes the birthday girl and about 3 more of her guest with the scrape. I image the slide went so fast they were scraping their arms coming down. The mom spoke with tthe party host and they came and took something off the slide. However by this time the kids didn't want anything to do with it. What frustrated me the most is that they saw the birthday girl crying and at know point they tried to rectify the situation. They could have offered the mom a little more time in another room, a discount, free passes, candy something. All they keep saying is they had back to back parties. The manager/ owner has yet to speak with her. I will never come back. I understand that accidents happen. However, when it happens to half the party someone should step in and try to make the situation better. Customer service at an all time low. I was truly...
Read moreI would give ZERO stars if I could. I just got off the phone with Katelyn asking if outside food or drink could be brought in and she said no outside food or drinks can. My niece and nephew would NEVER spill on the equipment. You do know half the world have food allergies? That people of all backgrounds should be able to come in and enjoy time while bringing in their pizza or something that allergen safe for them? Way to be acceptable towards people who have food allergies.
So glad I called ahead of time to find out, I will NOT be supporting a business who won't allow people with food allergies bring in their safe foods. I even bet if someone needed a service dog you would reject that mobility aid or assistant dog for the customer. News flash, under ADA anyone who denied a customer their service dog can be sued. Also if a facility does not allow someone with food allergies bring in their own safe food you can be sued as well per ADA. I bet if someone came in with portable oxygen you would deny...
