I am primarily leaving this review for the manager at the memorial mall location they didn’t want to give me her name and I hate describing ppl in a review but just to get it out there she was an African American young lady curly bob with glassed the couple times I visit the location it was in the afternoon/ evening I visit the store almost a month ago to pick up an online order I placed online which was the pave Cuban gold bracelet that is over $400 guys do not get this bracelet it was less than a month and it was starting to tarnish they stated it’s 14k plated that’s a lie because I have cheap earrings from T.J.Maxx that gold plated and they have never tarnish as much at this bracelet I visit the store to ask about an exchange and because I have already basically have worn it they didn’t allow me the exchange even though you can exchange within 30 days but the couple times that I have visit this so called manager always do not speak and walks pass ppl like they are invisible she has had the most nastiest attitude wonder how she made it this far to even run a store location also fyi guys buy from online you get warranty for free instead paying for it in store I will never buy another piece of high end jewelry from pandora again I’ll go to a jewelry store with my money pandora has lost a customer and the credit card will be closed please talk to the manager about her nasty attitude I will make sure to call her boss and follow...
